Bamboo Textile Store normally picks, packs and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed with Express or Expedited Shipping before 12:00 noon EST will usually ship the same business day (not including Saturdays and Sundays) pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed after 12 noon, EST, or orders pending credit approval will ship the next business day.

You may return new, uncut, and undamaged items sold and fulfilled by Bamboo Textile Store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. Items should be returned in its original condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us to request a replacement. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.
